Before each and every launch, we put our products through a rigorous quality testing process to ensure your gear is ready for anything you can throw at it. We stand by the craftsmanship and material quality in each product, as every product we build is designed to perform at the highest level. If a product you received doesn’t perform as expected or is defective, we’ll do our best to make it right with another product.
Exceptions:
Although we’re confident that every inch of your gear will perform at peak capacity for years to come, nothing lasts forever. Misuse of our products can cause damage that may not be covered by the Lifetime Guarantee, as it is meant to cover flaws in product craftsmanship and quality rather than standard wear-and-tear that is expected with any piece of gear. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for the following:
- Products not purchased from directly from Ten Thousand (tenthousand.cc or canada.tenthousand.cc) or an authorized retailer
- Products showing excessive wear or third-party alterations
- Products showing damage from improper care (including animal damage, disregarding product care instructions, accidents, etc.)
- Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to the product’s performance (including weight loss, financial hardship, etc.)
Please note that Lifetime Guarantee claims are subject to evaluation by our Customer Service Team. Ten Thousand also reserves the right to reject Lifetime Guarantee claims in the event of perceived abuse of our return/exchange policy.
